A Reputable Firm located In Kaduna is recruiting in the following position.

Position:  personnel Manager

Experience:  Minimum of 15 years is concerned Field with at least 8 years in managerial positions.

Qualification: 
Degree or HND in Human Resource Management.

Qualities:  He must possess the following qualities dealing with large manpower predominantly in a continues processing plant, Good leadership skills, Good Bargaining skills, Good Analytical skill, Ability to take right decision at the right time, good in managing employees Relations and statutory compliance,  good in negotiations with the unions, good knowledge of Nigeria labour law and must be computer literate, ( experience in Glass manufacturing plant is an added advantage).
