OCP OF Morocco Partner Kaduna State Govt To Set up Fertilizer Plant & Agricultural Center In Kaduna

The ES KADIPA today hands over an R of O to OCP of Morocco, the largest Phosphate Producing Company in Africa. OCP will be setting up a fertilizer blending plant and an Agricultural Center of Excellence in Kaduna.

This will be situated in the Green Agro Allied Industrial Zone (GAAIZ) which sits on 1515ha of land on the Abuja-Kaduna Expressway.

Once completed, the plant will directly employ over 250 people and facilitate the employment of another 10,000 across the fertilizer value chain. This facility will also offer extension services to small holder farmers across the state leading to better yields and more money in their pocket.

The partnership between OCP and Kaduna State also further demonstrates that Kaduna is indeed the easiest state to do business. Their application was received under a month ago and today we have given them a titled land document together with all approvals necessary to commence activities on site. #lnvestinKaduna #OCP
