1. Job Title:Chief Security Officer (CSO)

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Physical security of the company
  • Coordinate the team in maintaining vigilance and security of the company.
  • Provide strategic vision and direction in security aspects of the company.
  • Reporting of incidence
  • Reports to the Administrative Manager

Requirements

  • Strategic and tactical security management skills.
  • Track record of establishing and implementing security programs.

2. Job Title: Operations Officer

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Facility management
  • Oversee the company's logistics and dispatch of products
  • Supervision of maintenance unit of the company
  • Reports to the Administrative manager

Requirements

  • BSC or its equivalent In business administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite
  • Adept problem solver and decision maker.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Detail oriented
  • Diligent and proactive
  • Respectful of deadlines.

3. lob Title: Store Officer

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, record keeping, and inventory
  • Distribution and supply of materials to different units
  • Strong coordination With teams and user departments
  • Reporting

Requirements

  • BSC or its equivalent in Accounting or related field
  • Four (4) Years experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Ms Excel in particular)
  • Excellent communication skills [oral and written)
  • Detail oriented
  • Documentation skills
  • Thoroughness
  • Strong organization skill and ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management skill and ability to prioritize.

4. Job Title: Administrative Assistants

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provide support to managers and employees
  • Assist in daily office needs and general administrative activities.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.

Requirements

  • OND or its equivalent, additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written]
  • Strong organization skill and ability to multitask

5. Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspection of premises and equipment
  • Performing preventive maintenance
  • Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
  • Over seeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
  • Repairing machines, equipment or Structures as necessary

Requirements

  • Proven maintenance experience
  • Minimum of SSCE or OND, or Technical certification
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills.
  • Eye for details
  • Experience performing routine maintenance.
  • Ability to use common tools.
  • Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or device to remove and replace defective parts

6. Job Title: Professional Driver

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE.
  • Ability to speak, write and Understand good English.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Understanding good work ethics.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Minimum of 10 years driving experience.
  • Knowledge of routes/states within Nigeria is an added advantage.
  • Ability to perform basic maintenance of Vehicles will be an added advantage.
